Our mission is simple: to provide women, their children, and their pets with a safe and healing space to escape domestic abuse and rebuild their lives — with no time limit.All via community fundraising & grants
Our History
Founded in 2025, after working on our separate projects for years, we finally came together to create Finally Free. The primary aim of Finally Free CIC is to raise funds through donations and grants to open a new flagship women’s domestic abuse shelter — one that genuinely puts women, their children, and their safety first, not profit or ego. online fundraiser & community fundraising is where our current focus is.

We are a Community Interest Company (CIC) working to support women fleeing domestic abuse across the UK. Our shelters will be truly unique — we will welcome both children and pets, and no one will be turned away because of them.
Residents will be supported from the moment they arrive until the day they’re ready to move on, whether that’s into their own home or one of our safe houses. Our core focus is on providing access to education, therapy, and a safe, nurturing environment where women can begin to heal and rebuild their lives.All possible via our community fundraising
We understand the many layers of trauma that come with domestic abuse, and we’re committed to offering the long-term support needed to address them. We believe that by investing in these basic but essential needs, we can help break the cycle of abuse and empower women to build brighter futures for themselves and their families.
